The Outloud Group as an influencer marketing manager, primarily focused on partnerships and campaigns in gaming and esports.
In April 2022, The Outloud Group brought Grubhub to the LCS Spring Finals with a two-day, in-person influencer activation at the LCS Fan Fest at NRG Arena in Houston. I worked with the team to coordinate the event with our production and brand partners, as well as managing talent, partner deliverables, client communications, and copywriting.
In the summer of 2022, The Outloud Group helped Grubhub kick off the start of the LCS Summer Split with an opportunity for LCS fans to win a chance to play games live on Twitch with top League of Legends personalities. I created and executed this exciting online event along with Outloud Gaming team, driving a 1,430% increase in conversions over the previous year's campaign.
In September 2022, The Outloud Group put on our biggest Grubhub Feeding Frenzy event yet, with a massive, outdoor activation at the LCS Fan Fest at the United Center in Chicago. I once again worked with the team to coordinate the event with our production and brand partners, as well as managing talent, partner deliverables, client communications, and copywriting.
In August and September of 2022, The Outloud Group partnered Grubhub with esports organization Sentinels and their VALORANT team as they boot-camped for the upcoming VCT Last-Chance Qualifier. I led and managed this partnership, working with Sentinels on content strategy and execution.
In December 2022, The Outloud Group teamed Grubhub with Sentinels, along with hugely-popular creators Tarik and Ludwig, for a VALORANT offseason tournament featuring pro players and popular creators. I led and managed this activation, which became one of Grubhub's most successful gaming activations of the year.
Through the second half of 2022, The Outloud Group brought Grubhub into the fighting game community by joining the Panda Cup to become the Official Delivery Partner of their officially-licensed Super Smash Bros. circuit. I managed and executed this program with the Panda Cup team.
In mid-2022, I stepped into the lead role of managing Grubhub's partnership with 100 Thieves until the end of 2022 LCS season.
I coordinated and managed brand integrations and sponsored content with Riot Games and LCS broadcasts, as well as talent coordination, copywriting, and handling client communications. In early 2023, I stepped into the lead role of managing Grubhub's partnership with Riot Games.
The Outloud Group executed the 2023 Magic The Gathering brand ambassador program for Wizards of the Coast. I worked as lead manager of this program, coordinating over 70 creators and publishing over 1,000 pieces of content that delivered 118% of the total impressions goal, 175% of total views goal, and 199% of total engagements goal.
